A Vintage Style Christmas Home Tour
A vintage manner Christmas! You don't need to get completely retro with a tinsel covered Christmas tree to impart vintage charm. In this mail I'm sharing my Vintage Style Christmas Home Tour that's tied together with an elegant flair!
If you lot read my recent RETRO HOLIDAYS mail, you'll know that I'm into the nostalgic look big time this year! Actually I'm always a fan of vintage way decorating and even when I piece of work on a modern room in that location is ALWAYS something one-time included. In the living room, it's the first room that y'all see when you walk in and information technology has to exist special. My focus this twelvemonth was on incorporating lots of shades of blue forth with vintage styling. It all started by putting upwards this flocked tree (that I've had for a few years) and I went from there.
A Vintage Style Christmas With Blueish
Since I talked nigh the mantel in my previous post, I'll walk you lot around the rest of the room today. My tree is a nine′ Flocked Christmas tree with warm lights, similar to THIS ONE and THIS ONE (a neat brand!). I knew that I wanted a rich looking deep blue velvet wired ribbon and found it hither. You lot'll find the white ribbon that I had from last year Hither. The shatterproof aqua ornaments are from Walmart and I simply LOVE the colors and price for 50 ornaments is so upkeep friendly! Find that set HERE and the navy bluish ones HERE. The remainder of the ornaments I've had for awhile and they are no longer bachelor.
A Vintage Mix For Christmas
I have had this "basin" since style back when I used to sell antiques both locally and on eBay. It's not actually a bowl at all though. Can y'all guess what information technology is? It's filled with vintage Shiny Brites that are the quondam mercury glass fragile ones. If you happen to have any of them…check out THIS Postal service for a fun idea!

A simple vintage fashion Christmas vignette on a recently Facebook Marketplace find of a beautiful Ethan Allen cabinet.

And lastly…simply a few more shots of the living room, forepart entry and foyer. Not much washed here for Christmas but I hope to add a few special touches soon!
